myGlobalU provides support for its unique information management system for universities and colleges in a number of ways.

On-site training is available to customers, either in two half-day training sessions or 1 full day, where a member of the myGlobalU training team provides classroom-style training at your location.  There is a fee for on-site training, and on-site training must be booked in advance.

Web-based training is also available, and in this case a member of the myGlobalU training team provides one or more webinar-style (video-conferencing) training sessions tailored to your needs.  There is also a fee for web-based training, and it must be booked in advance.
